The fast, positive playing action is a delight to engage with.

The notation configuration features both low notes and accidentals  both low notes and accidentals. 

The sound is out of this world with a treble stop that changes from a 2 to a full 3 voice.

Importantly you engage the third voice by pressing the treble stop down rather than having to pull it up making a voice change mid tune really straightforward.

With Tippo-A-Mano ( type hand made ) reeds in a wonderful walnut body  this is a melodeon that will meet the needs of melodeon players throughout the British Isles and beyond.  

Having  4th button start and both low notes and accidentals available to the player it covers a whole range of playing possibilities

The wooded grill with ornate and functional fretwork is cut out strategically to let as much of the sound out as possible.

As you would expect from a melodeon of this quality it has a bass stop to remove the thirds and a rotella wheel for easy bass strap adjustment.

With contrasting Padouk and Maple  inlay, together with Padouk corners and Padouk wooden strip underneath the inner row of melodeon bass buttons  this is a distinctive looking instrument and the gold buttons just absolutely give it the air of quality that it truly is. 

High quality Italian manufactured dark brown 18-fold bellows  contrast nicely with the two-tone bellows decal.

Contrasting dark brown leather straps and bellows retaining straps finish off this top quality instrument.

Stood on its feet it stands less than 32 cm high and is only 26.7 cm across the front with a depth of less than 16.5 cm
